Bandsaw blade guides

For a easy and fine adjustment of bandsaw blade guides, they were milled to 5mm deep on both parts. As you can see on this picture, it was also milled at center to create room for the bearing.

Blade guides were also drilled and tapped for fine adjustment screws. On the outside at botton and on the inside at top. Now it's very easy to adjust the blade.

The outside bearing shaft was machined to hold the bearing 1mm higher than the inside bearing. This add bearings contact with the blade on pressure areas.
