4x6 bandsaw blade guides mod

For easy and fine adjustment of bandsaw blade guides, they were milled to 5mm deep on both parts.
Blade guides were also drilled and tapped for fine adjustment screws.
The outside bearings shafts were machine to hold the bearing 1mm higher than the inside bearing. This add bearings contact with blade. Read more...

When I bought the mini-lathe, found two chucks inside the box. The standard 3"-3jaws self-centering and a uncommon 3"-4jaws self-centering chuck. Since then I've been using almost only the 4jaws chuck, as the TIR on the other was too bad.

Lots of new parts made for a new halfnuts lever, a new gears shaft and a very useful disengageable handwheel.
